With my first son I dreamed of buildings, with the buildings getting bigger and more complicated as my pregnancy progressed. With my daughter, I dreamed often of water: rivers, oceans, boats, even waterparks! With this pregnancy, I dream of people denying me food!
I've read that odd dreams in pregnancy are common. Patricia Garfield, author of Women's Bodies, Women's Dreams mentions the building and water dreams. Most of the dreams have to do with the changes in your body or insecurities you might be facing, such as deciding what to name the baby or difficulty in taking care of the baby. According to that, I guess that means I'm insecure about getting enough to eat!
