Wow! It sure has been a crazy day. This is going to be a short article but tomorrows will be bigger and better so remember to stop back in. Seems everything I had planned just fell through. Life can be like that sometimes though. I have been thinking about how lucky I am to be alive. I mean I have so much to be thankful for. I have a wonderful husband, two beautiful daughters, two adorable Grandchildren. I could go on and on. The beauty of Nature is all around me as well. I am just so fortunate and yet sometimes I take it all for granted. Life is short. Life is full of surprises and life is good! Enjoy Life!

1. Rene Allen is the owner of the group called Snippets. This group is for writers, authors, poets, and emerging authors who bring forth literary snippets. We call them slices of life! Our snippets are 30 words or less. Everyone is welcome to join.
2. Faith has just started a new group called Mothers Day 2008. Can you believe it is nearly Mothers Day already? This new group is a place to celebrate your love for Mom!!! This is a place to show all the moms in our lives just how much we care about them. Let's share gift ideas, post mother/child photos or even blog about our Moms and invite them to read the tributes!
3. Since Earth Day is this month, I though I would spotlight a group owned  by Lisa Grob, Friends of the Earth. The group name is Friends of The Earth. Friends of the Earth is sponsoring foe.gather.com as a meeting place for people concerned about the environment. Friends of the Earth is the U.S. voice of an international nework of environmental groups in 71 countries.

At least I know how to find you Connie {thank goodness}.
Blessings ~

I left concerns on Tom's article yesterday and also attended the chat today. He didn't really address any of the concerns I brought up. The chat was really a waste of time. About all I learned is that gather's marketing focus is apparantly to compete directly with My Space & Face Book by creating the Hawthorne upgrade to attract those types of users. Sigh.
You are very welcome.
Victoria,
Sorry you did not get any results. I think they are working on a resolution though.
Phillis,
It sure is, I am so sorry about this article being so short.
Rene,
You are very welcome. You have a nice group.
Marianne,
I have heard several people say that.
How did I miss you??? You are very welcome. Thanks for stopping by.
I am glad you enjoy them. I am sorry this one is so short today.
Dan,
Thanks for stopping by.
Thanks, I feel bad because it is so short but it has been one of those days when you wish you could just go back to bed.
I did stop by Tom's chat.
Have a nice day.
Thank you so much.
kathy,
Thanks for stopping in.
Faith,
You are very welcome. I had not even realized how close Mothers Day was. We have so many birthdays this month and next that mothers day somehow got forgotten. :) Thanks for keeping it in my mind.
Shelia,
you are always welcome
JW,
I hope you will check out more of the articles. This one was a bit short.
Moggy,
I think they are having a meeting today and maybe they will let you know something. :) Sorry you are having trouble.
It ia always good to see you. Rhubarb will not be in the mail until Friday at the earliest. Family emergency came up and is is looming over our heads. Sorry. Should I wait until Monday so it does not sit somewhere over sunday???
I did copy and paste your comment and left it at the gather help desk for MaryAnne. Hopefully she will reply to your request. :)
I would like to say, I was very upset when I saw the new gather. However, after using it for a while, I find it to be very exciting. I have found many new contacts and read more articles pertaining to my own interests. I also have put the contacts I read a lot on my email list so that I can continue to read those articles that I like. Also I put the groups of my interest on my email, so that when an article is published to a group that I want to read I know about it.
The only problem is, I am staying tied to my computer much too long and have way too many emails.
I would like to see the groups either moderated or get the writers to post to an appropriate group.

IT ENDS TODAY. SORRY, I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS UNTIL NOW.
Great info here as usual! Thanks for sending Moggy's comment to the Help Desk. I'm leaving my reply here as well.
Hi Moggy,
Looking through Tom's article from yesterday is cumbersome with so many comments. If you are mainly interested in Tom's responses, I recommend you look at his profile, and then click on his comment link. You'll see 20 comments of his in a row from about 4:30 to 6:00 pm yesterday. That may be an easier way to follow his side of the conversation.
'Life On The Reservation' and for your support!! I
think Spirit Wolf the puppy's name was a hit!!
I am glad you found it useful
Julia,
Thanks for stopping by.
Dnbuster,
You are very welcome. Thanks for stopping by.
MaryAnne,
Thanks for taking the time to also add the reply for Moggy here. :)
Janet,
It is so good to see you. I hope you found something that you could use.
Barbara, You are welcome and I agree that was a good name for the puppy.
Julee,
I am glad it is easier for you
Karen,
You must be bored. LOL Thanks for stopping by. Have fun on vacation.
You are very welcome. Good to see you.
