Today it seemed like Tigger was eating more since I added the kitten milk supplement to the mix.He is well hydrated too with all the fluids I am sticking in him too.
They did the blood test and one of the things hadn't changed and the rest were a little worse.
They really emphasized he had to eat more. They said we could bring him there every day but golly, I can hardly afford the appointements we've had so far.
Anyway, they were fine with the kitten milk formula I started adding yesterday and they added another pill (like I can get these down easily? yikes!) and said keep doing what you are doing.
I asked about the B12 shot and the vet said she had never heard of giving that to a cat for appetite stimulant. But that gave her an idea. Shots of Valium make most cats voraciously hungry, so we gave that a try.
Unfortunately, it didn't do a thing for Tigger.
So we are still doing what we are doing in trying to save his life.
I'm going to try feeding him a little more and more often.
There is my update.
Tigger is so sweet, I held him in the vet's office after they'd taken blood and he just purred and purred.
Of course, he doesn't purr when I am trying to feed him.
Keep up the prayers, Tigger and I love you and thank you for your support.
(Sorry I am too stressed to take a picture and upload it right now so there is no new pic of Tigger)

guess it takes an old country vet, like the one i use to know about the older ways to treat animals with it. they even give it to diabetic cats to help keep them healther and to prevent never damage in the legs
