~~ How To Redeem Points on Gather ~~

Many are asking How To Redeem Points on Gather, so here is my simple help guide:

Click on the TAB: My Gather.

Once on My Gather, you should see a list such as,

Gather Points^TM: 263

It should be located on the left hand side of the page. After you see the Gather points feature, click on the amount or number of your points and it will bring you to the Redemption page, as known as the link: https://earnings.gather.com/

You can also save the redemption link into your favorites on your web browser, if you'd like.

Tanya, it could be the browser you're trying to use. You may want to try a different browser or refreshing the page.

When I click into my points number, it takes me to a page that says "Sign in to Get the Most Out of Gather." However, I am already signed in. No information about collecting prizes from points.

Mine keeps telling me I have to sign in, but I'm already signed in. There is nowhere to redeem points anymore.

with the recent gather update i can no longer redeem my points with firefox, i now have to log in using internet explorer. this is one of the many disappointments i have with their recent site update

Some people currently can't access the redeem points area right now, Michelle. It's a known glitch they need to fix.

This does not work for many because the page does not give you a sign in box. Apparently Gather knows about the problem though. Lets hope they fix it soon.

Thanks, I have been trying for days sibce the horrible upgrade with no luck. Just now, I signed out and signed inagain and it worked! Anyone who can't get in should try sigining out and back in

It is in Glitch status right now but they know about it and will be working to fix it asap. Give them a chance to fix it. Things don't happen immediately just because somebody said something. Give them a chance.!!!

Log out and back in THEN click your earnings amount. It works! I redeemed 2 days ago right after the update!

hi and thx for the mail notice....just so you know, Kevin says it is a glitch which Chuck will be repairing this coming week....i have tried everything possible and still can't get beyond the page which should show another sign in field box...it is NOT there!...i also tried going to HELP in the Gather TOS pages where hyperlinks are visible,but clicking on them result in same navigation to page that is missing the sign in again page....browsers have nothing to do with it as i have tried them all....apparently some can access the page and have complete pages, but others like me can't ....

Log out and log back in - it sometimes helps, even though its recommended.

Firefox has difficulties with most things a lot of the time, that's why I no longer use Firefox as my Internet browser.

That link does not take me to a page to redeem points. Instead, I'm taken to a page that tells me "Sign in to Get the Most Out of Gather." Obviously, I'm already signed in. I'm using the IE browser. I had no problem before gather's "upgrade" even with Firefox. This problem has been going on for 3 days.

It's now June 9, and the "known issue" is still an issue. Bummer, I was looking to cash out my triple points since I actually have plans for the gift card. Thanks for the heads up in this thread that it's not just me.
