What a great snippet. I'm afraid I'm too long winded for theses snippets! :o) There's a reason why I do novels, lol.. it's because I love to add details to my writings that push the word counts too high for short writing.

Okay, I just posted one of those said snippets. I didn't really view it as done at the time, but reading it today it seems done.

Jennifer ~ I don't know how many others here in Snippets and around Gather have seen your Literary hand, but you are a prolific writer! Your Book Reviews are the BEST I've seen.

You are also a good Art Teacher for children, an excellent videographer, a wonderful mother, the sweetest friend anyone could ever dream for, and a definite inspiration to me!

Rene, honestly? Not many have seen my writings. I let my snippets be posted to the public, but my other writings are basically kept under lock and key.

It's terrible, too. I want feedback, but theft concerns keep me from publishing it to the public. :(

I'm glad you like my book reviews. I was hoping to bring something new to the reviews since there were 9 others that were reviewing the same novel.

Rene, have I ever told you that when I was younger (in high school) I always thought that teaching art to elementary aged children would be an amazing career? I did, you know, but I never followed through with it. :(

Some days, I feel like my thoughts collide more often than not. As I sit enjoying a cup of java, listening to the songs of the birds....I think of all the wonderful things I can write about or pictures I can take. Then my thoughts collide and "wham" what should have been a story on birds turns into a story about talking lizards. At those times, I have to take a deep breath and try to be still enough to realign myself (and my thoughts).

Interesting idea.

I like the way you put this together..

I know Jen ~ And look at the date -- I'm just now getting around to getting it together in my head to re-send it via another route.
