Monitor Inside Welcoming visitors to Grand Opening

Lincoln Mascot in Atrium, definitely not my best photo of him, as I somehow have way better photos of him racing in the President Race at the Washington Nationals game and he is way farther away when I take those photos.

Interactive Exhibit where you wave your hand over the table to move your character to answer ethical questions. The side on the right was frozen (i.e. broke) only 30 minutes after Newseum opened.

News History Exhibit and some object (satellite???) hanging from ceiling.

I just love the blue lighting on the main stairways.

9/11 Exhibit

View of Capital from outdoor terrace on sixth floor of Museum

Today's Front Pages exhibit with the front pages of dozens of newspapers around the world. Changes everyday. They also have some displayed outside the entrance to the Newseum with front pages from around the world and all 50 states.

Pieces of the Berlin Wall. This is the main thing I remember from when I visited the original Newseum in Rosslyn (Arlington, VA) on my 8th grade strip back in 2001.

Large Banner hung in front of Newseum after Grand Opening.

Something broken within 30 minutes?!?
I never imagined the Berlin Wall looking like that...
