Hi Jen ~ The Snippets are 30 words or less, and they are creative concepts -- literary, poetic, inspirational, motivational, encouraging, humorours, thought patterns, ideas for feedback, questions in 30 words or less for answers in 30 words or less, diary and/or journal entries about life in 30 words or less, or creative ideas in the making (everything posted . . . of course . . . in 30 words or less).

This is not like the 100 word challenges. And, Snippets are not FULL stories, but can indeed be made into FULL STORIES, but are not intended to be put in the Snippets Gather Group in FULL STORY FORM only 30 words or less.

Give it a whirl Jen! You are an awesome writer.

The Snippets can be used for "full story" ideas/takes by the Author of the snippet.

Hi Jen ~ You can easily shift from art creations to literary creations. Snippets is a good place to prime a person for a literary creation in FULL LENGTH.

Snippets are also great for those who write Haikus or poetics.

Snippets are great for descriptions of short fiction, or novel ideas.

Snippets are great for describing the people in your life.

Snippets are great for creating characters for novel ideas.

Snippets are also great for describing ARTWORK {wink}!

Rene, I can in theory shift easily - especially with the short snippets. However, as I pointed out to a friend earlier, I worry that the fickle muse will think she can take the easy way out and feed me snippets and just "forget" (more like go on strike) when it comes time to work on the novels. LOL

I'm actually kinda liking the little snippets. They are fun, and something I write for FUN not something that is serious. So inner critic has taken a HIKE! LOL
