Just for fun, finish the line from a song of many years ago....many..

"Here is the main thing I wanna' say............."

Finish it as it was originally said in the song....( there were at least two different recordings.....looking for the name of the original singer)........OR ...finish it as you wish.........whatever your main thing is you really want to say today... have fun either way

I really like the song....by both singers, but the original is the BEST!

thanks for all the info, Paula....the singer I was looking for is Jimmie Jones.....my brother loaned his copy and i think never got it back.....JT did a good job too, but much different in tempo.

I should have included Jimmy Jones! How could I have left him out??? Did you know his version was used in the film American Grafitti and is on the soundtrack? If nothing else, you can listen to it there on Utube, though it's a very short version.

I never watched the movie...it was something my mother said she enjoyed, so I didn't think I would.....thanks for the info on Jimmie's version....I'll have to look it up..I loved that song!.....i needed a handyman to repair my heart once...
