Keep a positive menatl outlook. Studies prove there's a definitive connection between living well and healthfully and having a cheerful outlook on life. Thought for the day: You can't be unhappy when you're smiling or singing.

Tires under-inflated cause a drag on your engine and can decrease gas mileage by as much as 10%. Over-inflated tires wear out faster. Get a tire guage and check the pressure each time you fill up. Keep tires at the pressure recommended in your owner's manual.
Beauty:
Set your makeup with a dusting of loose, translucent powder to get extra mileage. "Follow with a spritz of water spray like Evian to prevent a chalky look," says Reiss-Anderson. This will take away the powdery finish, but the foundation will stay set.
Exercise:
Grab a friend to join you. Having a social aspect to exercising can boost your commitment to the exercise habit.
Spirit:
Happiness makes a world of difference in your world. Make apoint several times a day to find something to smile about. It not only will help you but will help those around you.

As I research various areas I would be pleased if you could email me with any areas you would like me to check into. I'm currently studying healthy diet for inflammation since I'm finding this is the cause of numerous illnesses and bodily mis function including heart disease, arthritis, and cancer. I am gradually changing my daily eating plan. Getting rid of bread, crackers, and importing more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Hopefully I can gt off all these heart and blood pressure drugs.

You and me both, Mary. Great comments for good health. Also, want to add, relaxation exercise, meditation, yoga, whatever works to relax the body. I do agree with your inflammation body news. This was new to me until I read it in your article, C-reactive protein blood test. I wonder if Vitamin C, in crystal form would help? I read years ago, you should drink it in water all day long to keep C in your system. Just a thought.
