Had ramen for lunch...new product size, big container instead of lunch cup. Probably shouldn't use it because it is so big... Diet Coke. Piece of sugar free chocolate covered cocoanut.

This is funny - I just ate some wheat french bread, and drank some 'Dole' pineapple/banana/orange juice. I'm craving chocolate, but I'm trying to hold off.

I just ate baked chicken, seasoned with seasalt, garlic, onion, and parsley, with a sidedish of mashed potaoes, and a salad made with Romaine lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, chives, and sprikled with lemon juice, and a dash of pepper.

I just finished a cup of coffee and a very nutritious breakfast of 2 donuts smothered in oleo. Yum Yum. Not to worry, there were no coatings on the donuts. I am about to go get a couple of toaster strudels and another cup of coffee. Wow, I know I am tempting you, it's a great way to start the day. :-)

I had water last night. I haven't had anything this morning to eat or drink but I'm about to have waffles and some water or milk. I haven't decided yet.
