Elton John Concert for Hillary last night

Concert goers paid up to $2,300 a ticket to help raise money for Hillary Clinton at an Elton John concert last night,April 9th. 6,000 people bought a ticket to attend.

The concert was at Radio City music hall in New York.The total raise was $2.5 million.

On stage, John declared: "I love you, Hillary, and I'll be there for you just like all the times you were there for me. Hillary should be the next President of America."

Clinton and John kissed each other on the cheek later on in the show, with Clinton declaring: "What I want you to know is - I'm still standing."

How do the Clintons keep getting away with breaking the law? There's a long-established law in the U.S. againist foreign intervention into the U.S. political process. That is what this was, and she's getting away with it.

I have no ax to grind (other than this) with Hillary, Obama, or McCain. And this has nothing to do with liking her more or less than the others.

FEC spokesman confirms nothing unlawful about Elton John concert.
Since 1987 the FEC has held that foreign nationals may volunteer time for campaigns on an uncompensated basis.
