What are Snippets?

WOW Rene a new group from you! You've been holding back on us!

Hi Jen and Lora ~

Snippets was a thought that just ran across my mind as I was trying to condense a literary concept into a 30 words or less description. . . .

Then I thought to myself ~ 'Self, what a marvelous idea! ~ Snippets!' ~ Make a Journal, and call it "Snippets"! YES! . . . In this way I can remember my literary concepts and the thought process behind them, and have them all in one place. . . .

And, what's more, others may like this creative literary idea too! {wink}

So here WE have "Snippets" ~ A Group where we can all come together with our Snippets and also receive feedback and commentaries.

I'm curious, Are you going to have subjects for us to write on, along with anything that we want?

Hi Luann ~ That is a good idea! Yes. We'll do that. . . . Here's an Outline of a Snippets Gather Group Plan that you just helped to inspire . . .

1) We'll have Free ~ Style Snippets (where you write about whatever you want in any form you want as long as it is 30 words or less);

2) Snippets KEY WORD Style (where everyone is given a KEY WORD and we write Snippets with the KEY WORD in mind -- in 30 words or less -- the KEY WORD may be used in the Snippets, but does not have to be);

3) Snippets NUMERICAL Style (where everyone is given a number and we write Snippets using the EXACT number of words given --no more, no less);

4) Snippets LITERARY Style (where everyone writes literary Snippets in 30 words or less);

5) Snippets POETIC Style (where everyone writes poetic Snippets in 30 words or less);

6) Snippets INSPIRATIONAL Style (where everyone writes inspirational Snippets in 30 words or less); and

7) Snippets HUMOROUS Style (where everyone writes humorous Snippets in 30 words or less.

You've just inspired the above ideas with your question and idea Luann! SEE what Snippets can do ~ lol ~ Your comment was a perfect "19" Snippet.

Cassandra! You're a dollface! "SELF" ~ aahaha!

I must say, that is how I communicate my grand ideas to my 'self' . . .

I stop whatever I'm doing, my spirit speaks, and then I say in my mind, body and soul ~ "Self" ~ that is a great idea ~ LET'S DO THIS!

This Snippets Gather Group is one perfect example of a "Self" moment.
