My younger son has been sleep walking for years. Sometimes I think its because he isn't getting enough sleep but then when he gets plenty of sleep he still does it.
I have read articles on sleep walking. But I don't know anyone else that sleep walks.
He sleep walks at least 4 nights per week. The doctors told me that he should grow out of it.
Did your kids sleep walk? Did they grow out of it? At what age?

My brother used to sleep walk.....I think he was about 7 yrs old when he started. He would get up in the middle of the night and go into our parents room, flip open the lid to their hamper and start peeing in it like he thought he was in the bathroom or something.
I know he did grow out of it eventually, but I can't remember how old he was when he did.
Oprah had a show recently on night terrors and sleep walking. There should be some stuff on it, at oprah.com
My youngest son experienced fear of sleeping alone and once he did get him sleeping in his own bed, he began sleep walking....and yes, using the restroom in the wrong place! We did discover that part of his problem was his reoccurring sinus infections. Once he had surgery, tonsillectomy and adenoid removal, most sleepwalking incidents stopped!
My daughter never experienced sleepwalking.
