By this time next year, one of them will almost certainly be the boss. In yesterday's Senate hearings on Capitol Hill of the U.S. commander in Iraq, all three big presidential candidates went head-to-head with General David Petraeus and Ambassador Ryan Crocker.
John McCain was positive in his assessment of the war. Hillary Clinton took a tougher stance. Barack Obama repeated his call for a withdrawal of American troops.
Listen to an On Point discussion about the questioning by the three candidates who would be president, and what we can learn from their critique and questions on the Iraq War.
What did you think of the candidates' back-and-forth with General Petraeus? Could you hear it in the Oval Office? Among these three – McCain, Clinton, Obama – who's putting your questions?
