What do you see?

I have had several people ask me to repost this one, so they could see the figures in the picture. So HERE IT IS!!

 

 

I love to take pictures of the woods on our property, and our yard. I took this picture and put it on gather a couple of weeks ago. Someone brought to my attention that there are some wierd things in the picture. Can you see a ghostly figure in it? I have also been told that there are a couple of other figures in it too. Look real close and see what you can find.

I see the ghostly image of what looks like a woman in a long dress (upper left/mid part of photo).

Wow everyone's eyesight must be better than mine. I'm sure it's easier to view from the original photo. It's just too small for my weak eyes I guess, lol. I do see what almost looks like an outline of a man toward the center of the pic in the background. But that's all I can see. Strange. The only thing I've gotten in a picture was once at my daughter's gravestone (lost to miscarriage)... there were some orbs. I had taken several pics and you can see them in motion. It's really weird. And special at the same time.

Looks like your ghostly woods walker had a faithful pup, maybe a retriever at his heels.

Don't see anything but my mom said it's just the way I'm wired- too logical or not enough imagination? :-) But I was getting chills looking at it and reading what everyone else saw.
Saw a figure but not sure what it is.

To tell you the truth, there have been a few times I have "felt" as if someone was watching me or was close by. I don't get scared, just get that feeling.

if you look at the green bush, where it kind of seperates in the middle, just look up a little bit and you can see the ghost.

I think I saw at man off in the distance but that is all. Weird.
I see were you are talking about, but it doesn't look like a ghost per se. Maybe I am just not seeing what everyone else is. It is still a lovely pic though.

Came back to try out the new contact lenses. Yup I still see a man in the distance above the middle of the bush with a dog at his heels. To the right of the bush I see a woman wearing a long dress and lower,mid part sort of at the bush I see a child. So I guess the new lenses work about the same as the old ones ;)

I've taken a copy of the photo and examined it carefully using color shifts, topography and contrast/sharpening effects...

The problem here is that the Gather photo editor/poster only gives us about 75 ppi which is, really, pretty poor resolution... I've resized the copy I have to about 140 ppi but, other than one particular face-like image in an area slightly down and to the left of center and a couple of areas which -- unlike the "pixelization" that normally occurs when blowing up a lo-resolution photo -- are inexplicably "fuzzy", I really can't make out the images others have mentioned and say for absolute certain that they are not the product of "matrixing" (the tendency of the human eye to see recognizable shapes in random shadings/light-struck objects).

Perhaps if we had a higher-resolutioned photo to work with...

I know that human beings do something called "matrixing" where our eyes immediately see familiar images (faces, etc.) where there might not be one. As I continued to look, I saw what almost looks like a face CARVED on the one tree, and had to laugh at my mind for immediately cooperating on the request. :)

(Thought I would bring this over to your article as well as on the picture only)

Fun picture. I see the ghostly image but not sure if it is a man or a woman (if it is real) Looks like a bit of a saggy bust line :) Does gravity work on spirits? I guess so if they are walking on the ground

All I see is something that looks like a man's face, but I had to look long and hard. Not that I don't believe in things like this, but I really think that if you look long enough at anything, you will find something there. I can even see pictures of objects in my bathroom tile design. Maybe I sit on the john way to long and it is ruining my brain.

At first i couldn't see anything, but now is see it again! it's a guy and two dogs and i see a lady holding up her arm like a kind of greeting in the right corner near the bush! Cool picture! go on like that.

This is pretty weird. I looked at it the size you posted, then 150% and then 200%. Not only images on the ground but up in the trees too. It almost reminds me of the Beings in the movie "Predator".
