Time to share good news.

Some of you have seen me here on Gather for some time now. So know I've entered contests of all types and read and voted on my First chapters, articles and images. So I thought you wouldn't mind if I tell you my exciting news over the past month with other writing sites. 

I was a finalists in the Six Sentences contest #3 Mixed Drinks. Now on April 11th They will publish one of my humorous Six Sentences stories.   ( Blind Date ) They are also holding one for later.

I joined Smith Magazine and did several Six Word Memoirs and other stories. They  were so pleased with one of my six word entries. it will be in their next book.

I joined Edit Red and wrote an article. (Early Caller)

I joined Helium and my entry staid in the top four for some time now.

I have entered other contests: The Verb, The Innermoonlit, Readers Digest and a few others.

My point to all of this, besides bragging. (LOL) Is to get out there, if you are a writer don't just settle in one place. I know it's hard to keep up at times, but as my teacher says, "You can't win if you don't play the game."
