I've got news for Ms. Clinton and her campaign staff. Just try to plunder my sister State of Oregon in the May primary. They won't fall for it anyway, and Obama will win that state. Honestly, Hillary. Your mother should be ashamed of your behavior lately. I am.
Until it became impossible to continue the subterfuge, you refused to release your financial records. We are all interested in the last four years, but you spread out the income over the last seven. Why? Because you misrepresented the numbers in financial disclosures you provided early in your campaign. Obviously you want the 'blue collar' workers, who have SO much in common with you, to continue to think you will do something for them.
Actually, you might, Hillary, but why not go there honestly? Bill could pull off the All-American McDonald's fries bit, Hillary, but your junk in the trunk is definitely from French cheese.
So as your nose grew longer, you reported that your husband made "over $1,000" from two of your political backers. Why then does your recent financial disclosure show that Bill did in fact make quite a bit more than $1,000 from these people? I guess it is because a five to seven figure amount can appropriately be classified as full disclosure to the public when classified as "over $1,000", if one always had a problem rounding up with math.
Now you want us to redetermine who spoke out against the war first by using a rather odd methodology. Only go back three years, not the plus-five the war has been raging. Which war? The Iraq war, Hillary, which you voted to authorize over five years ago.
Now I can also claim to be at my Hollywood weight, as long as I get to pick that year too, but who's gonna buy that?
Barack Obama does make you look really bad when he speaks out against the war, as he did in 2003, 2004, and again in January of 2005 after he became a senator and talks about 'judgment not experience' being the critical characteristic for a Commander-in-Chief. Heck, as he points out, Cheney and Bush have a LOT of experience, and look where that got us?
If you are claiming your bad judgment started when you became a senator, therefore his judgment before he did should be excluded... this is a ridiculous argument. Then again if we can exclude all the bad things you supported as Bill's wife Hillary, wouldn't your support of NAFTA also be excluded from consideration? Ah... there is a method to your madness after all.
Your watercolor wash over dates, times, financial records, sniper fire, saving Yogoslavia, demilitarizing the IRA and whatever other fantasy world you live in as Hillary the Avatar? It plainly has got to stop.
Here is the link to Jack Tapper's blog post which outlines the exact verbiage, dates, times and everything else on the record that relates to Hillary's latest exaggerations and attempts to twist the time line and facts to her advantage.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Jack's blog, he is ABC National News' Senior National Correspondent and is stationed in Washington, D.C., specifically to write about politics. He is busting Hillary big time today as her assertions and the facts have so often been in direct conflict since she started losing.
As Hillary continues to try to 'reframe' everything she has ever said or done in the most positive light possible, whether it is the truth or a bold-faced exaggeration or lie, Jack takes her to task:
http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2008/04/in-oregon-clint.html
Tell the truth, Hillary, so we can all have a fair and equitable discussion of the issues. If you don't, the rest of the country is going to vote against somebody but not for you. That's not only sad for the elections, the future of the country and up-coming women politicians, it's sad for the world.
If you want to try to remain a respected voice on a national basis after this campaign, stop acting like an adolescent chimpanzee entitled to get whatever it wants because it is a frenzied, arrogant (if well-meaning) bully. Most of us don't like your personality anyway, but we could get past that if we thought you were authentic, caring and competent. We used to see a dignified person in there and thought if you did speak, it would be the truth. Disappointingly, we haven't seen that side since the tear in New Hampshire.
Each day that goes by with your campaign speeches riddled by untruths and fact-twisting presents an ever-clearer picture that this may be a well-rehearsed Broadway show. Be forewarned. People are not as naive as they were in 1992. Lately we've been bathing in terror, lies, deceit, torture, bankruptcy, foreclosures, ill health, ravaging inflation, poverty and the blood of many. Just how long did you think we could remain trusting Pollyannas?
And by the way, just because one has the capacity to use Adobe Photoshop to make my fat ass look smaller doesn't mean anyone is going to believe it once they fact-check me (from behind). Use that visual if it helps you, Hillary, and if it doesn't? You can kiss my honest fat ass good-bye anyway. You lost my vote months ago.

Don B....you are right, Obama will be investigated and "exposed" over and over again...who knows what will turn up? But think about this...as far as skeletons in the closet go...Hillary has a huge lead. She's had an extra 14 years to gather dirt in age alone...and she has had a partner. Bill and Hillary have had or been a part of legal controversy for 40 years. They have never been completely clean...never!
Hillary has done good work in the Senate. She's done good work before she became Senator. She is a competent woman. However ever since she started losing things really got out of control. Her campaign said a lot of things that are demonstrably false. She has been inconsistent on many issues and this is nobody's fault other than Hillary's.
I agree with you Michael. When you add Bill to the picture, she has the potential of compounding more wrongdoing than anybody. Any money, any suspect deal Bill has been doing lately can be interpreted as a favor to be repaid 'when your wife becomes president'. It comes with the territory. Run on Bill Records, Die on Bill's shady deals. Can't have it both ways.
SAD.
The media has its share of blame. They found a new darling. If they did not, they would never have pressed her on any of this. None of this would be an issue and this is what the republicans, rightfully so, have been saying for decades.
She is hurting the credibility of future women candidates. Playing into many stereotypes. Better stop there. Sensitivity is to the roof these days.
Everybody who has commented, thanks for letting me rant. It feels so frustrating to have so much at stake and have someone's ambition creating a sesspool around the election.
Sigh. I guess I already said all that needed to be said on this subject today, but you're right, Alan D. Women have to start calling it like it is as it is too un-P.C. for you guys to do it and real issues will be pooh-poohed as being female-bashing.

Have a great gather day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
