Vacation is over, I'm so sad

So vacation is over. I went back to work yesterday just to find out that I have today off. Which is good. I had a great time even though I was sick on vacation. The drive wasn't as bad as I thought. The first drive from Sioux City to West Virginia was just over 14 hours. I thought I'd be exhausted, but really I wasn't. We just drove, stopped for gas, and kept going.
    The trip from West Virginia to Tampa was horrible! We were stopped in North Carolina for over an hour for an accident. It was horrible. The trip was supposed to take 14 hours but took 16 hours. I was exhausted by the time we got down there, and I didn't really get to enjoy Florida as much as I wanted. We didn't go to any of the parks or anything. Rick and I both had the flu I think. The thing is, it was Florida so it didn't matter that we were sick because it was gorgeous. It was never below 65 and never above 85 while we were there.
    All in all it was so much fun to be able to see my family and to go to Florida and see the beach at Fort DeSoto. Being sick didn't really make things any less exciting for me or my husband. We got to see friends and family and we are already planning a trip back down there to do all the things we missed this time around. I will get to Disney World the next time! We also are going to go to Discovery Cove and the Aquarium. I have a friend in Florida now who wants to go to Discovery Cove without swimming with the dolphins, I want to do that though.
    There are tons of things I will get to do next time we go down.
