Thanks, Shannon... I have not had rhubarb in a very long time but love the stuff... my mom used to make a rhubarb custard pie that was to die for...

I have always liked rhubarb, and there are some good recipes here. I might have to try that Dijon-rubbed pork roast with rhubarb sauce...

I've never even tasted it. I don't know anyone who's ever cooked it either so there's never been an opportunity to try it. Did you say it's got a sour flavor?

Thanks for sharing... My stepfather parents had a farm they grew rhubarb, us kid would go out in the garden get some and eat it fresh from the garden..

Lar, my uncle had the best patch I have ever seen. As kids, we would go out there armed with knives and salt shakers. Cut, peel and eat! We loved it!
