I visited Lowry Park in Tampa today and took a few pictures. These are just the birds. My camera was really starting to act up when we got to the last bird house, but I was still able to get a few pictures. I will post more of some of my better models later. (If you want to see them larger, click on the photo in the side to go through the slide show.)
Start with the small
Budgies (Parakeets) (They had a lovely Budgie house you could walk in.)

Lorie (Lorikeet) (They also had a lovely Lorie house.)
Ducks (They all seemed to have babies and were swimming around the primates.)

Pretty Blue Bird (Name unknown) from the last bird house
Pretty Pink Bird (Name Unknown) from the last bird house
Turkey??? (I thought he had an interesting head) from the last bird house
Nesting Bird (I think) from the last bird house (He was right in front of me facing me, but my camera battery was just about dead, so I couldn't get the shot until he was almost too far away.)
Black Bird (name unknown) from the last bird house
Dinosaur Bird (my name--not sure of the correct name) from the last bird house
Rainbow bird (not sure of name) from a small bird house
Penguins from a new Penguin exhibit
Stork (I just love this guy's hairy looking head!) from the Okapi cage (Baby Okapis in the future??)
Emu (This guy had such a pretty blue head and was a great model, so I got LOTS of pictures.)
