Thanks to GATHER for awaring me it was April Fool's Day yesterday... HA! HA! ... I cannot thank everyone enough for letting me know, due to me, not knowing Holidays half the time.
Anyway.... I fooled my father and man on the same one... OH man! It was soooo funny !!!
We have been expecting a package for some time now and they both know after pregnancy, I have been having difficulty lifting things (not because of pregnancy, but because of me hardly never lifting things during pregnancy and now having to regain muscles), so I ask my dad after he wakes up after bugging my man Walt for some time...
"Hey, I been trying to wake Walt up. He won't get up. Can you get the package off the porch for me? I can't lift it."
I sounded all serious, holding back laughs. My dad went outside on the porch in his house robe looking around everywhere "Where is it?," he says., as I'm laughing behind the door about to fall on the floor.
"APRIL FOOL'S DAY!!!, "I Yell.
He comes inside and says, "damn you, Michelle". And later he laughs about it, but not until my man does it and my dad is just holding back laughs after my man walks in the living room and I'm saying,
"Hey, honey, can you get the package off the porch? I can't lift it."
He is all BIG smiles, thinking our TV arrived and I'm holding back laughs, thinking "oh shit, I hope I don't make him mad, after bugging him forever!!"
He goes outside, looking around, just like my dad did. I start laughing.
He says, "Where is it? I don't see it."
I start laughing again. He comes in the house and smiles.
"April fool's day!!!"
He laughs and smiles...
"You made me walk outside just for that!"
See how ignorant men can be?? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Made me laugh.... I'll have to keep this one and bring it up to everyone else in the family...
AND GUESS WHAT???
Its no joke.. Our package arrived TODAY and my man will be home around 11 to see it.... and I can once again remind him,
"REMEMBER YESTERDAY??????"

April Fools!
1 lady who was fooled had forgotten it was April Fools Day, another swears she did not see me online long enough for her to think I was telling the truth lol
1 girl fooled me on having been arrested though, at 1st I thought maybe she was kidding, till she kept the story going to make it sound as if she was serious.
Her story was that her and 2 friends went to a spot near a library, they made noise, had no idea it was near a library, the Police handcuffed them, put them in a holding cell at the station for a few hours.
She said the cell had benches, no toilets (everyone had to hold it), no talking allowed but her and her 2 friends and 3 others in the holding cell whispered to each other.
She also said she was issued a $350 ticket, and she was not sure how she would break the news of arrest to her Mom because her Mom was going to be ticked off.
She also said she was going to try to fight the $350 ticket in court.
She got me going too and well at the end of her story she said that the Police who arrested her had told her to tell me something and I said what? then she said April Fools lol
She did the same joke on 2 others too (the other 2 she did this to I never have gotten to talk to online as she talks to them through a site designated primarily for teenagers, but she has told the 2 individuals about me).
I didn't fool anyone - didn't try. I always forget it's April Fool's Day. I end up *being* fooled much more often. :P
he should have gotten an oscar for his performance.
but I deserved it....I get him every year....one year I told him the county was condeming our barn...another year I told him we had to take down a treee on the edge of our property and the cost would be 5 grand...thought he was gonna stroke out!
I had to go in and cleand the mess but it was worth it
