I had my doctors appointment yesterday to see what the results of my stress test were and to find out if they were going to give me medical clearance for surgery.
It was a 2 or so hour wait but in the end, the results of the stress test were good and I am now cleared for take off, I mean surgery!
Not that I am anywhere near ready for surgery, cuz I am not, but it's something that must be done. I'm really starting to notice more problems with having a giant mass the size of a cantalope inside of me and it's not a good thing. Plus the creepy thing is actually still growing! Now how super creepy is that? It's like some alien entity like Rosemary's Baby or something, gross!
Anyway, as of this moment and as far as I know, I am going in for surgery on Tuesday April 8th, 2008. I go in this Friday morning for pre-op stuff. So unless the doctor changes his mind, all systems are a go.
I will be at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield California, please send positive thoughts and prayers that way? I appreciate it and thank you in advance. :-)
