Please help me get this gift card for her!

Hi all,

I was browsing around on wishuponahero.  and found this wish of this mom and little girl.  they live in this very small building that needs a lot of work!  she is asking for funds or gift cards to get supplies to fix it.  well I decided to use a HD card that I earn and send it to her.  I granted her wish under my fiancee's name "daddy of 05" 

Can you all help me?  so far i have 4 hundred and something points... Id be fine with a 10.00 one but would love to get the 25.00 we will see how it goes.. here is the link to the wish

Jenn, you may do as you wish... but I think that I would get an address before I sent anything... to make sure this is legit and not someone playing on peoples emotions... alot of money could be made but would it really be put to use as it says?
Once you get the address... google satellite search it and see if it really does exist.

In Ohio.... this place would be condemned and she would be put in housing... if the plumbing and such doesn't work.. then the child is at health risk and so is the mom .... I hate to get any type of social service involved but this is not a healthy situation and all the money in china wouldn't fix it up... there is too much damage to the structure and is not fit to live in. sorry...

betsy- I totally see what you are saying... I was just talking to my fiancee.. he said i can try and the do the satellite but i might not even see it.. he said b/c when we were at our old house.. before we moved to it.. he did it for that house.. and the map didnt show it.. it was just a field... i want to trust this lady. but i will take what you said into consideration and try to look it up..

I would look into it a little more. Im with Betsy. That place is not even good enough to house a dog in let alone kids. You are trying for HD cards and she said they only have Lowes and some local store in her area.
I would really look into it more. I think it is a great thing to do and want to help. I would look into your own area to help locals. We have done that and I personally like to help local people a little more then people that are so far away I can not check to see if its true or not.
I wish you the best of luck at helpping this person or someone else. But im not sure helpping someone through a site like that is a smart thing to do. It could be a easy way for her to get extra money for many reasons and I think sites like that should not be able to be running. Our local media runs things like this and many people reach out to help. That would be the thing I would tell her to do, wish her luck and look into helpping someone in your area.
