I am reading a wonderful book, it is called:
Wear Your Life Well
Use What You Have to Get What You Want
Newly published by Marilu Henner of "Taxi" and Broadway fame, This fine read sprang from the web site "Marilu.com" where she has taught classes on diet, fitness, career and even lifestyle for more than ten years.
Marilu brings us wisdom gained from not only the entertainment fields, but also from a woman who seems to have a handle on the strengths, trials and tribulations of being a human being.
Wear Your Life Well is a stepping stone out of the ruts we sometimes find ourselves sunk into.
Filled with chapters that read like a step by step on "how to" better our lives and achieve our goals, and that is just in reading the chapter titles!
Inside, her chapters ease us up into life with charm and an exuberant reach for a fulfilling life.
I finished each of them thinking "I can do this." and "I want to accomplish this task, so that I may better myself."
I found her "Fifteen Keys to Living Your Life Well" the most stinulating part of the book.
The list and the book left me feeling as though I can accomplish everything I need to balance my life with my needs and goals!
I wouldn't say Marilu was a cup half full kind of person rather,
I would say her cup runs over with the goodness and joy of life.
She has earned it, and this fine read shows me that I can too.
I just have to reach for it.
This has been one of my favorite books to read. I know it will be YOURS too!
To my readers I bid you Good Reading and wish you every happiness......t

I would say it was a life changing experience!
Great review Terry.
It made me feel as though anything is possible!
And that my fate is in MY hands.
Right where it should have been all along.
I found this to be one of most uplifting "do able" books I have ever read.
And as Julie said, I can sure us it.
Thank you Ashley, I will look forward to reading yours!
William, I always loved her attitude on Taxi.
I was thrilled to get the chance to read her book!
Thanks for this review!
It's funny that you mentioned the 15 keys list because as I was writing the book, I always had them in mind, and I think the list really helped me focus what I wanted to say.
Thanks for noticing that.
It really is about finding the little things we can do, taking responsibility for our actions (or inactions!), and, most of all, finding a way to enjoy the journey!
"Progress, not perfection", I always say!
Thanks again!
Marilu
I mentioned the 15 key list because I felt it was important--and also easy for my mind to relate back to.
I also enjoyed the recipes you included in the book.
I gave up on prefection a long time ago, I think my seeking it slowed me down in my path towards bettering myself, inside and out.
I was happy to see you book receive such a warm reception!
