Folks, there is something in the air today, or in the stars. Do not go anywhere that you may need competent customer service today. Maybe it's a huge April Fool's joke on me but I won't be leaving the house again today. Not even if it's on fire.
andrea, just start carrying around a pair of cranky pants on a stick and when you get bad customer service, make the pants chew them out. it may not get you any better service, but it will make you feel better at least.

you left your first of many ping notifications at 7:55 pm according to that person's profile, and if you pinged in order you posted the last ping at 7:56, which would have only given you one minute to do so. which i find doubtful. so i'm assuming you either did them with many open windows at the same time or you did them out of order.
i found where you said you did 24 without being done, but then i realized you weren't just pinging your friends, so this leaves the number up in the air.

So you know, Firefox with the Linky add-on was the key to my rapid pinging. I opened all my connections at the same time, entered all the messages in each window, then cycled through each, clicking the post buttons.
The good thing about this is I got to test how far I can push my laptop until it crashes from opening so many Firefox tabs with Gather. It crashed me on the 27th.
