It doesn't seem like Miss Sookie Stackhouse's life can get anymore confusing or difficult... It is finally time for the big Vampire Summit and Sookie will be at the Queen of Louisianna's side... This is after the hurricane that rocked the lower half of the state... Now with the Queen in a poor state after the loss of her new husband, which she is about to stand trial for, every suitor is coming to her beck and call... All promising to throw in their part to help her rebuild...

But there is more going on at the convention than anyone can imagine... The Fellowship is back with a vengance... Determined to make a stand at the Summit...

And Sookie's love life end's up hanging in the balance... Quinn loves Sookie and is ready to move in with her but what happens at the convention may change all that... Her ties to Eric become stonger than ever before and as for Bill, she still hates him...

This was another fantastic read by Charlaine Harris... Sookie's world is one you slowly get sucked into... It is truly becoming one of my favorite series'... I can't wait for the next one "From Dead to Worse"

I loved this book too. I hated it that the Queen and the Queen's minions turned on Sookie though and forced Eric and Sookie into a closer alliance which she didnt' want but it was better than the Queen's vamp, can't remember his name and he's dead now so... I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in that next book!
