...well, it was a manic weekend! I feel like the weekend speeds by so fast, even when I get to spend it with my family. We had a low-key dinner party for my Mom on Saturday and then on Sunday, my hubby and I took the baby shopping. We got a tip to visit a children's discount clothing store and it was a goldmine of discounted brands like Carter's, Old Navy, Absorba, Nike...We got $82 worth of baby outfits for $34! YAY.
I know I spend time waiting for the weekends to come and I should slow down a bit and embrace the weekdays too, especially while I am home with my little guy. I am LONGING for the weather to change so I can take the baby out for walks. It's always raining or just too cool outside. I envy people who live in a warm climate so that they can enjoy the outdoors with their babies as soon as the little ones are born!

I spent sometime with my extended family this weekend. We cooked out some chicken legs. Yummy!!!!
