April is National Child Abuse month. I am asking all of you to help against the fight against child abuse. I am listing some ways you can help.
1. Hang a blue ribbon in your yard.
2. Wear a blue ribbon.
3. Sign Baby James Law
4. Hang a flier. If anyone would like a copy of one of ours please send me a message with your email I will send you one you can copy.
5. Contact a radio station, newspaper, TV station ask them to do a story. If you want to have them do a story on our foundation and Baby James contact me I will be happy to give you my contact information.
6. Do a child abuse walk. Anyone that lives in Illinois I am going to be doing one around Vandalia IL If you would like to join contact me.
7. If you would like a copy of the law to get signatures I would appreciate it. Send me your email I will be happy to send you a copy.
8. Light a blue candle in memory of the children who lost their life to child abuse.
Do you have any suggestions for National Child Abuse month?
One final thing I am designing a label for cans to display in gas stations and stores to try to raise money for James' attorney. If anyone would be willing to do this as well can you please as well contact me. We really need to work fast on James' attorney to keep him safe and our family would appreciate all the help we can get. James' birthday is May 12th and with Mother's day the day before I would do anything to make him legally mine on this day. Thank you all for the prayers.

April is also AUTISM AWARENESS MONTH... and during this month, we normally do fundraisers also. Fundraisers can be done at most restaurants (if you aren't sure of a restaurant, ask a manager). Most Chik-Fil-A and Applebee's are big hits. So do pizza places such as Pizza Hut.... Check it out! They give back 10-25%, depending on each restaurant. Each location is different too. No Chick-Fil-A will be the same. Its a great opportunity.
Get around. Chat about child Abuse... Autism awareness or whichever and support your cause and make it turn out to be good.
Where to post fliers:
Schools (big hit, lots of parents see), bulletin boards, local classifieds in newspapers of events (usually FREE), Meetup.com (you gotta pay to start your own group, but its worth it), I had my Autism group on there and had a few parents show up at a Bowling meet I did for Autism.
