This was lovely. And your pictures are so nice. All our new growth seemed to be stringy weeds dotting seeds everywhere, and it even started to snow when I was trying to clear them out.

Beautiful photographs to go along with splendid verse. How I long to see this. Right now we are having a cloud dandruff storm. 3 to 5 inches is suppose to fall by early morning.

You have captured the hopes of every watchful and patient (and even the impatient) gardeners and those who look forward to growth and change. What a super topic for a photo essay. When spring and summer come, I am always running around trying to see EVERY new bud and leaf on my plants. I miss plenty but it is a joy to wake up each morning and see what new surprises are in my garden.

I could have done without the snake that bit me....but I liked everything else last year.
