I second what Shannon said. I use Boomertowne (love it!), Inbox Dollars (slowly chugging along; I'm at $10-ish right now), and Bzz Agent for freebies and samples. I also use Your2Cents.
I belong to a ton of different things some listed above some different. I do paid to click sites, paid to read email sites, paid survey sites, another site similar to this and then just a bunch of various other things. I've done well the past few years with My Points which basically offers gift cards. I've been doing Hits4Pay.com which requires you to log in when they notify you and view a number of sites. Takes awhile to build points, but you can do it all at your own pace in a separate window, spend 20-30 seconds on each site, then kill the window when done. Hits4Pay has a $25 cash out, gives you $10 to sign. They pay to Paypal. eRewards is okay, but it's too often for stuff you don't want. Not good as an income supplement, I believe though easy to do. Associated Content.com pays cash for usable stories of 400 words or more, generally within a week or two of submission. They can be picky about what they accept but they do send a lot of cash my way (I've got over 200 articles published there.)

The survey and Get-Paid-To site Cash Crate has paid me checks almost monthly from $10 to $30..not a bad sum of extra money to spend..It becomes passive income as you refer more members too.
