I like the play with the image of the champagne, both transforming our notion of the ´bubbly beverage´as well as the release of emotions. Great use of adjective-adverb to clarify and confound, simultaneously. This is an excellent short poem, Manoj.

Very interesting and enjoyable, Manoj. The last line especially is intriguing. We can experience sweetness sourly, and vice versa.

the sweet and bitter - Stubb says as the Pequod sinks "Cherries, Cherries Cherries" this is because what is most precious about life is both bitter and sweet. It is what makes life itself. Your poem is both touching and touched by brilliance.
