Hedgehog Update (20 days)

The babies are now 20 days old!  They are doing well.  They were getting chilled, so I had to add a heating pad under the cage.  They seem to have much more energy now.  The little ones are still smaller, but seem okay.  They have started opening their eyes and moving around more.  I had planned on not keeping any, but now I am falling in love with so many of them.  I may end up keeping up to three.  I will have to decide.  I took some pictures, but it seems I may have favorites (don't tell them).  Here are some of the new pictures.

I have ben falling in love too but I don't think Jack Russels and Hedgehogs would mix well LOL

Golly! They're really growing fast and are so darn cute! It looks like Betsy's babies' eyes have opened, whereas Indie's are not quite there yet. Am I right? They are adorable. I can understand your reluctance to let go of any of them...

They are used to people. The mother is somewhat protective, but tolerates me handling them.

They are all at different levels of being open. Indie's are slightly behind. They seem to be doing good though.

They are growing fast, getting cuter by the day as well. I went in and rated all the pictures. I left a few comments on them as well.
It drives me nuts when you post all these pictures and noone comments on them.

Moggy, they can have anywhere from 1 to 6 or so. These litters were 4 and 5 and were both firsts.

Jeana, you take pictures of them, of course! Really, they are pets similar to a Guinea Pig or Hamster. You can hold them, let them explore, then they stay in a cage. They LOVE to explore.
