Sam's veggies

Here is Sam with the veggies he scored at the grocery store today.  He'll be having carrots, avocado, sweet potatoes and white potatoes, and turnips over the next couple of days.  We had apples and bananas at home already, so those will round out his meals.  Yummy!

He's such a cute little guy, Tab. He's close to 8 months now, isn't he? I have an early July-mid July birthday in mind, but Karen had her daughter Cadee in July, too, so I might be wrong.

He's not a vegetarian--he eats the meats that we eat at lunch and dinner. But in between meals he's a veggie lover.

I'm amazed you can get him to eat the veggies. My son is so picky, is getting better, At that age he ate it all but when he started eating whole foods he started to get really picky. The only veggies he would eat were peas and broccoli. He has now advanced to corn, asparagus, green beans and I can get him to eat cauliflower and brussel sprouts, but he isn't happy about either. Good job getting him to eat them early!
