When trying to eat healthy you have to keep in mind portion size and control... Most diets will suggest you cut out SOMETHING (fat, carbs, sugar), when really your body needs all things in moderation... Most personal trainers will tell you a diet of 40/40/20 is best... 40% protien, 40% carbs and 20% fat... This can be harder or easier than it looks depending on how you figure it... Picking up a Lean Cuizine meal may seem like a fantastic idea but just because it says lean cuizine on the box doesn't mean it is sticking to this rule... Sometimes I do however grab a lean cuizine or smartone or any of the South Beach meals but I remember to look at the info presented to me... THE LABEL... The label is a dieters best friend... All you have to figure out is calories/g to get your percentage... Granted this is not the MOST accurate but in a bind it works... And remember if your meal is over 20% fat whether it be good fat or bad fat, you probably shouldn't eat it....
