Scrapbook Memories

I've been flipping through the pages
filled with photos of the ones
I love the most

My scrapbook is not about
striving for perfection
or the way someone else
thinks it should look.

I made it with the purest love
ever found on Earth
A mother's love

I look back over the past
on these scrapbook pages
and my heart is full
of both sadness and joy.

I cherish all those special ages,
then remember their childhood
is not over yet.

I don't know what the future holds,
but I know one thing will never change
and that's my love for them.

Flipping through the pages
filled with photos of my family.

Anne, I really enjoyed looking at your scrapbook, I admire you talents. I could never do this. I can't even organize a simple photo album.

That was a great poem. I loved the scrapbook pictures that you put with it. I have never done scrapbooking cause it seems like it would end up getting expensive.
