Ethereal

Gleaming silvery

Fine dust scattered

Upon leafy treetops

Undulating rays of sheen

Washing over earth

Lost but

Finding their way

Back to a solitary window

Where even stars in splendor

Make way humbly

For the paramount exhibit

Dear Night has to offer

Often unseen

But deeper than superficial means

Catching glimpse

Of sun's shadow

Casting silvery glow

Onto the very milieu of evening

Whispers of sky
