Walking around my city, the trees seemed to have bloomed overnight -- something of a miracle. Happy spring, coming this Thursday! Hope you're well, Atticus.
This poem startles with its power of dormant description come to life yet remaining still life, with only a gerund to activate its complex.
Very well done haiku, Atticus.
Thank you Audrey. My icon thanks you also.
Andrea, I especially wish the blessings of spring for you. It seems like it should be your time to bloom. Thank you it is nice to see your comment on one of my small poems.
John, Thank you so much. Your generous comment pleases me. You always seem to see straight to the heart of any poem large or small. I'm glad my title play did not come off as trite. Your comments are most appreciated and I hope that we will not be strangers to each others pages. I have learned so much reading work and your comments around Gather.
Nathan, In a way this poem grew right out our discussion earlier. Thank you for seeing that in my mood.
Anne and Liz, I appreciate your kindness. Thank you.
