Just a little recipe

I dug up for the

occassion....

Green Cookies:

Mix:

1 package "Instant" Pistachio Pudding Mix

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 egg

3/4 cup Bisquick mix

Roll into 1 inch balls. flatten gently on cookie

sheet.

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

Makes 15 cookies.

We used to make these for my kids

on St. Patricks Day and they loved

them !

you've got to like Pistachio Pudding......

It's one my girlfriends back when I was an office person, she it gave me...but not for green cookies....
