What do you need to get from or feel from a website in order to have a comfortable and safe peace of mind to purchase from an online business?

Good Question. I almost exclusively buy online only from companies I am familiar with. I like a lot of information, photos,background on the product/service offered. Also delivery/pick-up options and payment options. But just what makes one feel comfortable is hard to put a finger on. Not much help, huh? Will think on it some more.
