Destiny. Been hearing a lot about it lately. Don't know if I believe anymore. Still undecided. I think mine's was stolen!

August 28, 2000. Dreamt about a white dove following me again. Awoke in a precarious mood. Don't want to go; but decided to follow divine guidance. So off to work I go.

I saw him. He saw me. Eyes locked. Heart jumped. A fire began.

May 22, 2003,

New Beginnings.

Together forever, 'til death us do part.

Blessed beyond what I knew.

Destiny. Yes, I do believe.

Super good stuff Ruthe
Sort of reminds me of how the spirit of God kept following me and showed me my destiny by introducing me to Darlene.
I didn't want to go but after much prayer and fighting it I heard the word of the lord at mass and I am paraphrasing here of course. When the lord calls you away don't look to the plow so I did just that and my kismet was sealed by stepping way out in faith.
Great to see you back again i missed your posts.

Thank you, Jim. I have kept a journal forever! Sometimes, only a few words jotted down; but I remember exactly what occurred that day from those few short words.

Journal entries to capture the essence of drabble is pure genius, Ruthe. By their very nature, fragments, now exposed for enlightened remembrance, the entries by date build pathos nicely, without further embellishment, and that lead, as a result, to even more of the story being revealed than can be narrated in 100 words. Kudos!
