Next week is Spring Break for my kids (oh excuse me...Easter break...Bakersfield actually had meetings and voted to change it back to Easter break) and I may take them to IHOP as a special treat. IHOP has some fun Dr. Seuss themed food until April 20th (who cakes, green eggs and ham, beezlenut splash, etc). You can read the news release here: http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=104384&p=irol-newsArticle_Print&ID=1114395&highlight=
I haven't tried any of the food but I was at IHOP in Feb and they gave someone in our group a Beezlenut Spash for free(though they didn't say the name at the time. Just said it was a new item). A Beezlenut spash is lemon lime soda with blue and red jello floating in it. It looked really pretty and fun.
You can even see pictures of the food at the IHOp website by going here: http://www.ihop.com/

I logged into the schools website, and turns out, we don't have Spring Break until mid April! I'm not sure if it's because it's so early this year, or if they just avoid doing it for Easter, or what.
Either way, a few more weeks repreive for me!

I really want to try the IHOP menu, but there isn't one nearby. The food looks really cute.
