I think this recipe from allrecipes, sounds really good, but I would use homemade salsas (or even a can of green chiles) rather than store bought. I have found that very few salsas on the market can compare to fresh. I would also use more than a cup of sour cream, I prefer LOTS of sauce on enchiladas.
