This is just the anti-oxidant dose you need!
Place in blender:
1 bannana
1 1/2 cups frozen wild blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
Add cranberrry/pomegrante juice until the above is covered
Add tablespoon flax meal (optional)
Liberally sprinkle cayenne pepper
Liberally sprinkle ground ginger
Turn blender to ice grate, then icy drink, then smoothie
Pour into large glass and eat with spoon.
This stuff is great and good for you.
After finishing eating, recommend you flush it through your system with two mugs of lemon/ginger tea!
