Boomertowne canceled order :(

I revceived an email today that the highway safety kit I order a couple of weeks ago had been canceled.  I know a few other people ordered it as well.  Did anyone else get the email?  It was the first thing I ordered from them, so I am kind of disappointed.  If they cancel my Target GC I am through with the site.

Maybe they just ran out of stock so they had to cancel it. Did they give you the option to choose something else?

I only rder gift cards and I just got my first email that it was coming. Too bad about the kit, I was looking at it since I need one for my car.

I agree with Chris, maybe they just ran out. I have only ordered gift cards. I have already received one, I have two more on the way. I love how quick it is to earn points on that site.

They did give the points back, but I was really looking forward to the kit. My car can be unreliable and I could have used it.

I was on boomertowne today and noticed that they must be running low on a lot of prizes because I had cashed out earlier in the week for a $25 GC but have around 3,000 points and it is showing the only thing I can order is a visor clip.

I have visited Boomertowne, but I was never active enough to get a prize. Maybe I need to check it out. Maybe I just need to stay in gather, as my time is limited now.

I've only ordered gift cards. I'm waiting for my third. I'm glad you got your points back. I noticed the same thing Julie did after I cashed out. I had about 2,000 points and all I was eligible for was the visor clip.
I'm sure it's just that the item has run out. You have your points back, so it's just an unfortunate thing.

Sorry :( They probably ran out. If you look in the catalog on the site, they removed a bunch of the lower priced items. I ordered a couple of 'things' early on, but now I'm only ordering gift cards so I can choose my own presents...or groceries ;)

April, I ordered it about 2 weeks ago and just received an email today. I don't know why it took them so long to realize they didn't have any. This being my first experience is not good. They should know how many they have on hand before they accept orders.

They say it takes 6-8 weeks for them to process a reward and send it, maybe they just got to your order from the stack so to speak?
I hope they never run out of gift cards! I ordered my fist 50$ visa about two weeks ago and my bf just cashed out tonight for one.

When they redid the catalog, I read somewhere that they were getting rid of all the lower prizes except the giftcards. They were just keeping them in the catalog until they ran out. That must be what happened. It does stink that they let you order it, and then waited to tell you it was gone, though.

I can't even get my gift card order to process on Boomertowne. I've been trying now for 3 days. I can get through only 2 steps of the order process and I get knocked back to the main page. I contacted them, but still no answer as to the problem. Have any of you ever had this problem?

I just ordered a gift card on Monday and got an e-mail confirming it.

What are the fees with the Visa cards? I hadn't heard anything about that before.

I just ordered a $100 Visa card without any problems! I'm sure they just ran out of stock and you will get your points back. There are no fees on the Visa cards for the first 6 months. After 6 months if there is a balance, they take $1 a month for service fees.

I got the same cancelled order for the kit, but I used my points to get a 50 dollar visa gift card instead. I have had the same problem as Cheryl though.
