Great site!!!!
Thanks for this.
When I do cook, I make extra - I put that in a food saver bag & label it & it goes in freezer.
When I cook, I am usually cooking the days meal & the next days meal also.
Great ideas.
I cooked a marinated pork roast the other day that was on a $4 off coupon at Costco. The weight was 3.66 pounds, and there are three of us. The first night we had it with stuffing, the next night I made rice a roni and the third night we had left overs.
