This recipe is one of my favorites ...
DEVILED EGGS
6 hard cooked eggs, halved long way
1/4 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp. prepared (yellow) mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green olives
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
Mash yolk with fork and add mayo, mustard, salt & pepper. Stir in celery, olives and onion. Refill egg whites. Optional: Sprinkle tops with a little parsley and paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1 dozen.
