Here in kentucky homes are not moving at all! Houses that would have sold in a couple of weeks are now lasting 6 months or more.

We are in Maryland right in the middle of Baltimore and Washington D.C. so housing will never go down here. It is in high demand because of all the goverment jobs and military bases.

Well thankfully they are going down here but then we may move back to Washington so there might not be any point to buy. And Washington's houses are getting about as bad as California's!

My brother and sister-in-law moved from San Diego about a year and half ago and never did sell their town house. Luckily they were able to get renters. They moved to Houston and now that house is on the market because they just moved to Oklahoma City.

My husband said when he worked in Arkansas a few months ago that they are selling houses for the price of lumber.. Cause they were dumb and built soo many homes and now they are not selling. Oklahoma will be that way eventually.. they are building HUGE homes everywhere

I just hope my renter doesn't move out. I don't know what I will do as I am quitting my job to stay at home with the baby. It will be really, really tight. But so far so good! He's lived there ever since I moved out of it. About five years now!

I haven't checked my email so maybe that's why. In fact I have over 800 waiting to be read. It's crazy. I only look for personal ones and something that catches my eye. They just pile in more than my regular email does and that gets a lot of traffic!
