Low tide here was at 10:14 am. I decided to include a walk on the beach as part of my walk to the grocery store this morning. This is what I saw.

Regina, low tide is not a bad thing! And it's not permanent - just 6 hours later it'll be high tide. Low tide is the time to find treasures like that little still life and the sand ripples. And of course low tide is when the gulls are able to dig up those clam dinners!
Bob, I always love low tide at the beach. But I love high tide when I'm down the rocky end of the Cliff Walk - the waterfowl come closer in to shore and I can get better pictures.
