Vacation Plans?

Are you planning a vacation this summer?  I am planning on renting an RV and taking off with my grandkids.  I don't know where we're going, but we're off.  The price of gas will West.

Have you made any plans?

I'm going to the Havasupai reservation in the Grand Canyon, and probably to California. Yay!

Plans are meant to be canceled, delayed, or never come to light. I'm more of a spur of the moment type of person for vacation type of things but seeing as I've never had a real vacation, I've never been to disney, I don't see myself going on one this summer or in the immenent future. My vacation days this year are probably going to be used so I can get my wisdom teeth out. Yes, lovely fun stuff.

We don't have any vacation plans for this year. We might spend a week with my parents. Our 20th anniversary is next year and we're talking about taking a vacation then. We haven't decide where we'd like to go yet.

My plans are not solid though. It is best to go AFTER tourist season!
No vacation this summer, no. We were going to do one, but instead, we're saving up all year long, and next Spring, we're going to take the kids to Walt Disney World. It's a once in a lifetime trip for us.

We've gotta hold the fort here because otherwise our block seems to be pretty vacant! Our neighbors have been off to Florida for several months now, and who knows where the rest of the block went. It seems like people move around a lot. We do have some new neighbors across the street though. I guess we're just content to stay where we are for now, but I might travel in the future. We have a lot of amazing food resources around here, so that keeps me here. Thanks for posting this!

I wish. We haven't had a vacation in several years. I would love to travel just to get out of the state!

Next month we are going to Missouri for a few weeks. Elliott and I will be there for over a month. My husband will be in training in Texas for three weeks of the time we are there, though.

I'm really looking forward to seeing my mom and my sister, and the rest of my family, too, I guess. :) The Air Force is paying for the trip (since it's for my husband's training, he's just dropping us off on the way), and we are staying with my parents, so it won't be too expensive.

My big vacation is next month for 5 1/2 weeks...I may go to Alaska or on a cruise in the summer.

My next bigger vacation is in October. So I don't really have any vacation plans for the summer. I'll also be coming to SC every other month indefinitely. So that kind of eats up the gas fund cash.

Renting an RV sounds great. I'd like to do that sometime and cache in every state I visit.

No plans yet for us. We usually go down to visit my brother and sis in law in WV then go to Hershey Park. My company's main office is near Hershey and they always have a big picnic for all the employees. Each employee gets 2 free tickets. Hubby and I work together, so we take my bro and sis in law with the extra tickets.

We've never taken a vacation. I would like to go to the Omaha zoo this year. I think my daughter would really enjoy it.

Since our son is in college - vacations are now out and trips to football games to see him march and to perform in college plays are in - that is what I am doing instead of a summer vacation....

I'm planning on going to Las Vegas in July with a bunch of my friends.

My hubby and I will probably take a couple of weekend trips closer to home.
