Today I had a dentist appointment. I got my ugly front tooth fixed. Now it looks like a regular tooth! YAY! I go back Monday and get another tooth fixed.
Tonight is my last night at the house from Hell. It was a beautiful sight Tuesday night when I came to work, and seen that my name is not on their schedule anymore. I'm back at the group home that I normally work at. What was supposed to be two weeks turned into 6 while they fixed the problems between one of the clients and a staff person. I was beginning to feel like I was being punished for something I had nothing to do with. I really think they should have moved the staff person to an open slot in another house or to the adult day care program instead of giving her MY JOB.
But that's supposedly water under the bridge now. Starting Sunday I'll be back in home I started with and the clients that I've worked with for nearly 4 years. They have moved off of a horribly steep hill to a relatively flat area. It'll be nice not to have to worry about how I'm going to get to and from the house when I see snow on the forecast.

Mom and Dad went to Quincy (the nearest place with a mall and a book store) yesterday. I asked if they would get me the newest Star Wars: Legacy of the Force book, "Revalation" if they had it. And they did. Woohoo!! I read a couple of chapters last night and this morning. This installment of the LotF series is written by Karen Traviss, so there will be a lot to do with Boba Fett, his daughter, his granddaughter, clones from the Old Republic, and Mandalore in general. To non-Star Wars fans, that was a bunch of gobbley gook.
I hope you all have a wonderful day.
